$10.00
Measure distance on 1:25,000 and 1:50,000 maps more accurately with a scale ruler lanyard.
Designed to carry your compass, it features a safety clasp and rulers for both 1:25,000 and 1:50,000 scale maps.
The compass manufacturer Silva stopped making these a few years ago and I saw this as a massive loss. It's a super helpful tool, so I wanted to make them available to everyone.
The scale lanyard enables you to measure the distance along curving and bending tracks, trails and routes.
Compass not included.
Discount: $5 when purchased with How To Navigate book (3rd Ed).

I’m so glad to hear you say that, Jan. I spent hours in Photoshop getting the design right and then working with the manufacturers to make sure the ink didn’t run, the fabric didn’t stretch, but that it had the safety catch and (my favourite feature) the detachable clip so you can take the compass off the lanyard to take a bearing from a map and then pop it back on again. Thanks for letting me know.
