Good advice and practical recipes. I ride bikes and I’m planning to do overnight / multiple night trips so the information here is a great place to start. Have you considered the particular dietary needs of bikepacking? Similar to hiking I suppose.
Caro Ryan (store manager) –
Glad you rate this resource, Brendan, thanks. It was put together as an Outdoor Leadership TAFE student project, so not something that I had direct input into. But your question about bikepacking is a good one. Maybe check out @katealiice stuff on Insta. She has excellent messaging around bikepacking and hiking.

Lots of tasty recipes, but not too complicated.

I always reckon that when you’re tired, after a full day out exploring the bush, the last thing you need is anything too complicated – especially when you’re catering for groups. This TAFE student produced resource is a great one.
